Unless an item arrives damaged or defective, all sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within the 3-day reporting period and provide your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging so that we can review the issue and assist you with an appropriate resolution.

Unless an item arrives damaged or defective, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong product, size, design, color, personalization, or other customer preference, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

We are currently updating individual product listings to reflect this policy. As a result, some listings may temporarily contain an older return, refund, or exchange policy.

The current Refund & Return Policy posted on our website supersedes any previous return, refund, or exchange terms that may still appear within an individual product listing or description. Older return or refund information appearing on a product page is no longer applicable.
