We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products vary in type and production method, return eligibility and timeframes may differ. Each product page clearly states whether the item follows a 7-day or 14-day return window.
7-Day Return Window
Some items, including selected made-to-order and specialty products, follow a 7-day return period.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
For non-defective returns, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping for non-defective returns is the customer’s responsibility.
14-Day Return Window
Certain items — including selected non-personalized and some custom/personalized products — follow a 14-day return timeframe.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Non-defective returns are only available for eligible non-personalized items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective returns.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items may have either a 7-day or 14-day damage/defect reporting window, as noted on the product page.
These items cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind. They are eligible for replacement or refund only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect within the stated timeframe.
