Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Many items are made to order to ensure quality and accuracy.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after your order ships. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the United States and the performance of the shipping carrier.

Processing time + shipping time = total estimated delivery timeframe.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Accuracy and Address Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Carrier Delays
Shipping estimates are based on information provided by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delays caused by weather, holidays, staffing issues, or carrier errors are outside of our control. We will assist you in contacting the carrier if an issue arises.

Returns and Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective returns.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within the timeframe listed on the product page (7-day or 14-day window).
